The Japanese Sushi Chef Nerri has been working for more than ten years at the Restaurant AKA and supervises all ten sushi chefs of the groups. He continuously teaches the young sushi chefs and lets them learn from his expertise and experience.
He is a true master when it comes to the creation of sushi, the preparation of the fish and its correct cutting. He is passionate about Asian culture, Asian food and excels in Sushi. Sharing his know-how in the framework of Masterclasses gives him a lot of appreciation.
