Terms & Conditions for the participation in events organised by LUXE TASTE & STYLE for KACHEN Club

The range of events can be from cookery classes to company visits or product presentations of a partner company around food, beverages and lifestyle. With the registration to an event, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Members of the KACHEN Club who sign up to any event will receive the KACHEN Club discount and can register two extra guests at the same discount rate.

2. If you are not a member of the KACHEN Club, you will be asked to pay the full participation rate to the event.

3. Payments are to be made in full by debit or credit card when registering to the event. Invoices will be issued upon request.

4. Please note that only the person(s) booked to an event may attend.

5. Refunds of 100% can only be issued if a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the event date. Refunds of 50% will be issued if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the class date. We are unable to give any refunds after this time.

6. We reserve the right to cancel events or change dates where necessary (if, for example, the minimum number of registrations has not been reached). In the unlikely event of a cancellation of an event, we aim to provide a suitable transfer to an alternative date at no extra cost, or we will issue 100% refund. We cannot be held liable for any extra costs, such as travel arrangements or accommodations.

7. Please note, if you were unwell within 48hrs of the event date, you will not be able to attend, please send someone else in your place. This is to protect all of the participants as these illnesses can be spread through food or close contact.

8. You may be refused admission if we suspect that you are unwell with a communicable disease, engaging in inappropriate behavior, or under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in those circumstances.

9. For cooking classes, we recommend that you wear practical clothes and shoes (that cover your toes), wear a minimum amount of jewellery and wear your hair tied back.

10. Please follow all instructions given by our members of staff to you for cooking, storage, heating as well as health and safety procedures.

11. Please consume alcohol offered or sold during an event responsibly.

12. Food Allergies: ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, soya and shellfish and other allergens. Please inform us upon registration if you are subject to any food allergies. 

13. You alone are responsible, and we accept no liability, for ensuring that allergy and dietary requirements are looked after for anyone who consumes any food you take home from a cooking class.

14. Without exception, you will indemnify and hold us harmless as organisers including all assisting teams from all responsibility for any loss of personal property whilst attending an event. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total price charges for any event booked. 

15. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. These images are therefore owned by LUXE TASTE & STYLE to be used for marketing purposes.

16. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to be contacted by LUXE TASTE & STYLE via email for marketing purposes only sent by LUXE TASTE & STYLE. Your personal data will not be shared.
