Alessandro Alessandrini's organic farm Conca d'Oro is a fourth-generation family business. The farm is situated in the hills of the Piceno countryside at an altitude of 250 metres above sea level. The particular south-east facing position is ideal for olive growing, which is done strictly according to the rules of organic farming, without pesticides or chemical fertilisers. The olives are harvested at perfect ripeness and are slowly crushed in the company's own oil mill within 24 hours at room temperature with stone mills to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the oil.
Thanks to the balanced blend of the three olive varieties Leccino, Pendolino and Frantoio, the extra virgin organic olive oil "Conca d'Oro" is suitable for any kind of dish.
