E-Class with Chef Massimo Bottura (Zoom)
As part of the Blog Award 2020, KACHEN magazine managed to secure a few limited spots for you in collaboration with the Camera di Commercio Italo-Lussemburgese to take part in this wonderful opportunity.
The online event is organized by the Camera di Commercio Italo-Lussemburghese, in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce in Belgium and the Netherlands, and will take place on Monday June 29 at 2:30 p.m. on the Zoom platform.
On this occasion, Chef Massimo Bottura, who is by far the most prestigious ambassador of modern Italian cuisine in the world, will tell about his journey and his “philosophy” of cooking and, also through the development of a recipe, will share with us the singular emotion that characterizes authentic Italian products.
Chef Massimo Bottura will speak Italian, but you can choose to follow the session in French with simultaneous interpretation.
The event is organized as part of the True Italian Taste project whose objective is to counter the spread of the phenomenon of Italian sounding, to promote authentic Italian products and to publicize the precious link that unites Italian products to the territories of origin.
